Media and Internet blackout in Guinea

The February 12th decree of martial law by President Lansana Conte has resulted in a blackout of print, broadcast and online media in Guinea. A press release issued today by Reporters Without Borders states that the Internet has been inaccessible on Guinea's four ISPs since February 13, and that Internet cafes remain closed.
